Sonic speakers are known to deliver impressive audio. They also let you stream music from compatible devices via Bluetooth.

This guide will show how to successfully pair a Sonic speaker with your Android device, iPhone, laptop, MacBook, and television.

Here’s How to Pair a Sonic Speaker:

Place the Sonic speaker into pairing mode to allow it to be discovered by your device for the initial setup. It should show up in the list of selectable options. To pair, tap on the Sonic speaker and wait for a few seconds. Make sure that your device is within 10 meters of the speaker.

Most Bluetooth speakers switch into pairing mode when you press and hold the Power button. Others have a dedicated pairing button, usually stamped with the Bluetooth symbol, that you need to press and hold to initiate pairing.

When your Sonic speaker is in pairing mode, its light indicator will flash rapidly. It will also emit a sound.

Once your speaker is in pairing mode, it is easy to pair it to your device.

How to Pair a Sonic Speaker With Android Devices:

You should check if your Sonic speaker is in pairing mode before attempting to pair it with an Android device. Then, do the following steps:

1.     Enable Bluetooth on your Android device by going to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.

2.     Look for the Sonic speaker on the list of devices to be paired. Be patient as this may take several seconds to show up.

3.     Select the speaker's name to connect to it and wait for the pairing to be complete.

4.     When done, your phone screen will show that the speaker is connected.

5.     Make sure that your device is within 10 meters of the Sonic speaker for optimum performance.

6.     To unpair, press and hold for two seconds the Bluetooth button on your speaker. The connection will be lost automatically.

You should note that Android devices' buttons and menu options vary slightly.

The pairing process between the Sonic speaker and your Android device only needs to happen one time. Once the speaker is successfully paired with your device, it should automatically link each time it is powered on.

How to Pair a Sonic Speaker With Apple Devices (iPhone):

Do the following steps to initiate the pairing process:

1.     Enable Bluetooth on your television by going to Settings and locating the Bluetooth menu. You will see a scan option or “search for new Bluetooth devices.”

2.     Click on the scan option and wait for the Sonic speaker to show up in available pairings or available devices. Be patient as this may take several seconds to show up.

3.     Select the speaker's name to connect to it and wait for the pairing to be complete.

4.     Make sure that your television is within 10 meters of the Sonic speaker for optimum performance.

5.     To unpair, press and hold for two seconds the Bluetooth button on your speaker. The connection will be lost automatically.
